About this role
Mungo Homes is adding a New Home Advisor / Sales Agent to our team in the growing Charlotte, NC market! This position is responsible for securing prospective clients for sales within an assigned community. This will include showing community to prospective buyer, discussing conditions of sale and drawing up real estate contracts. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (performs other duties as assigned) Show prospective clients/customers available properties within the assigned community. Answer potential buyer’s questions regarding construction, financing, amenities and availability. Participate in available training for self development and to improve sales techniques. Promote sales of properties by using available marketing collateral and learned sales techniques.…
