About this role

We are seeking a transformative and dynamic Manager, Demand Planning to strengthen demand planning operations and planning excellence. Reporting to the Director, Integrated Supply Chain Planning, this role will drive core demand planning routines, improve forecast quality, and embed standardized planning practices and tools. This role is central to ensuring the development and refinement of customer demand is met in an accurate, timely, and scalable way — leveraging advanced assumptions-based planning, statistical modeling, scenario analysis, and predictive analytics.
