JOB DESCRIPTION Adient – Normal , Illinois Job Description: Launch Manager __________________________________________________________________ Department: Operations Salary Range: $98,200-$164,000 Reports To: Plant Manager Essential Duties and Responsibilities Serve as the central point of communication between the plant and the SDT Team. Act as the primary coordinator across all departments within the plant. Develop detailed launch plans and drive completion of all key milestones to ensure a successful product launch. Manage all items within the New Product Launch Manufacturing Readiness Report, ensuring timely completion and proactively notifying appropriate management of any risks that could impact a successful plant launch.
