JOB DESCRIPTION Key Responsibilities Observe, maintain and improve the company's Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with automotive industry standards (IATF1649) Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements and industry certifications, including IATF 16949 and other applicable standards. Manage annual audit plan for internal, customer, and third-party certification audits. Lead all quality assurance and quality control activities for automotive seat covers and interior component manufacturing operations. Ensure that safety-critical customer requirements are understood and consistently met across all plants. Promote the implementation of new safety-critical initiatives and systematically monitor their effectiveness.…
