JOB DESCRIPTION - Supervises salaried personnel, directing manufacturing operations within area of responsibility. Scope of responsibility includes: (A) Processing raw materials through production and assembly operations. (B) Ensuring adherence to production schedules, expediting production, controlling the flow of material, maintain controlled accounts of production in process and end products produced to ensure a continuous and efficient flow of production. (C) Ensuring that all employees are directed in firm, fair and consistent manner and that a safe and highly productive environment is maintained at all times.
