Job Description Purpose of the role To develop, track and analyse operational metrics through trend analysis and client insights, and translate outcomes to support with data driven decisions. Accountabilities Collaboration with teams across the bank to align and integrate analytics and reporting processes, including COO and Group functions to share data. Development and monitoring of operational metrics, reports and dashboards to track KPIs for banking operations. Identification of industry trends and developments to implement best practice in analytics and reporting procedures, and controls to mitigate risks and maintain efficient operations.
