About this role
Purpose: This is a multi-craft position with emphasis on mechanical repairs. Technician will be required to learn and work in all areas of maintenance, based on knowledge and education. Responsible for the upkeep and repair of all plant/facility equipment and the performing of preventive/predictive maintenance as required, preventing unnecessary downtime Key Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned as needed) : Maintain adherence to all safety guidelines. Adhere to company attendance policy. Ensure customer satisfaction through active promotion of MCA Quality Policy. Adhere to current Procedures, Work Instructions and other applicable documentation.
