About this role

We are looking for an experienced Principal Design System Engineer to help shape and drive the continued evolution of Lighthouse Design System, 3Shape’s design system across web, mobile, and on-premises software solutions. You will be the first dedicated Design System engineer and will be overall responsible for defining the technical direction and development of Lighthouse Design System. In this role, you will combine technical leadership, hands-on engineering, and cross-functional collaboration.
