ABOUT THE TEAM & MISSION
42dot의 사내 변호사는 빠르게 성장하는 자율주행기술과 SDV, Physical AI의 비전에 맞춰 법적 리스크 분석, 계약서 작성 및 검토 등 업무를 담당하며, 42dot의 기술과 비전을 실현하는데 필요한 법률적 환경을 조성합니다.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- 회사 업무 전반에 대한 법률적 이슈 대응
- 계약검토 및 법률자문
- 자율주행기술/자동차소프트웨어 관련 규제검토 및 대응
- 개인정보, Data, IP, 공정거래 등 기업법무
QUALIFICATIONS
- 한국 변호사 자격 필수, 8년 이하의 경력
- 투자/M&A, 공정거래, 개인 정보, 회사법 등 IT 분야 관련 업무 경험
- IT, 모빌리티 산업/서비스에 대한 관심 및 이해
- 적극적이며 자기주도적인 업무 태도 및 커뮤니케이션 역량 보유
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 로펌 기업법무 또는 회사 사내 변호사 경험
- 영문계약 검토 및 비즈니스 영어 가능자, 외국변호사자격 동시보유자
- 지식 재산권 관련 업무 경험
- 수사기관 및 국가기관(공정위, 개보위 등) 대응 업무 경험
