Senior Strategy Manager 는 전사적 관점에서 중장기적인 전략을 수립하고, 이를 달성하기 위한 기획, 다양한 이슈를 주도적으로 해결하는 역할을 하고 있습니다. Software-defined Vehicle, 모빌리티, 자율주행 등의 기업, 업계에 대한 분석과 insight 를 통해 경영진의 의사 결정을 돕습니다.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- 연간/중장기 경영 전략 수립 및 성과 관리
- 전사 주요 현안에 따른 사업 반영 현황 점검 및 조율
- 경영상 발생하는 다양한 전사 이슈 도출 및 해결
- 인접 산업 및 정책, 동종 업계 트렌드 분석 및 시사점 도출
- 계열사/관계사와의 전략적 협업 활동 전개 및 조율
- 경영진 대상 보고서 작성 및 의사 결정 지원
QUALIFICATIONS
- 전략, 기획, 컨설팅펌 근무, 사업개발 등 유관 경력 7년 이상
- 데이터 중심의 논리적 사고력을 바탕으로 다양한 문제 해결 경험
- 경영진 대응 업무 경험, 유관 부서와 원활한 커뮤니케이션 경험
