ABOUT THE TEAM & MISSION
Technology Strategy 조직은 회사의 Mission과 Vision을 중장기 기술 방향과 실행 가능한 Technology Roadmap으로 구체화하는 역할을 담당합니다.
SDV를 비롯해 AI, Robotics, Physical AI 등 미래 모빌리티를 변화시키는 핵심 기술과 산업의 변화를 지속적으로 탐색하고, 회사가 선제적으로 준비해야 할 기술 아젠다와 전략적 선택지를 도출합니다. 또한 Engineering 조직 및 주요 유관 조직과 긴밀하게 협력하여 기술개발 방향과 투자·협력의 우선순위를 정렬하고, 경영진의 주요 기술 의사결정을 지원합니다.
Tech Strategy 담당자는 단순히 기술 트렌드를 조사하거나 전략 문서를 작성하는 역할에 머무르지 않습니다. 미래의 움직임을 바꿀 기술이 무엇인지 탐색하고, 우리가 어디에 집중하고 무엇을 준비해야 하는지를 정의하며, 회사의 Vision을 구체적인 기술 전략과 실행으로 연결하는 역할을 수행합니다.
