About this role

工作职责 1. 端到端数字化项目管理，确保项目顺利推进、各阶段按时交付； 2. 完成需求调研、产品设计、变革管理等相关工作，推动数字化产品有效落地并实现既定目标； 3. 完成内容运营相关的数据分析工作及AI分析Agent的搭建与运营，提出基于数据的优化建议，提升数字化内容运营成效； 4. 参与管理层汇报材料的策划与制作，系统梳理项目进展及数据表现，支撑管理层决策。任职资格【工作经验】拥有5年以上数字化产品开发相关的项目管理及产品落地经验具备管理咨询、数字化咨询背景有医药行业数字化项目、内容建设或运营相关经验者优先熟悉医药营销从市场策略到落地的方法论熟悉AIGC、DAM、CMS等前沿数字内容管理工具和平台【能力要求】具备优秀的语言表达及方案呈现能力，能够在复杂场景下理清思路并高效沟通 PMP, SCRUM, AGILE证书持有者优先拥有CS世界Top100大学学士及以上学历，具备良好的专业素养和学习能力可胜任全英文工作环境，具备流利的英语口语与书面表达能力 Date Posted 10-7月-2026 Closing Date 29-9月-2026 AstraZeneca embraces diversity and equality of opportunity.
