The Opportunity: Avantor is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead – Specialized Services to support the operations of the HR Shared Services Center. Reporting to the Supervisor – Specialized Services, the role is responsible for leading and overseeing the execution of HR Specialized Services transactions. The successful candidate will ensure the delivery of accurate, timely, and high-quality HR services, and driving continuous improvement in processes and systems.
