About the role: What's in the Box Every day, a defined set of rules decides what every new HelloFresh customer sees: a unique mix of delivery days, prices and recommended selections. Your job, should you choose to accept it, is to keep that rule-set correct in a constantly moving environment: configuring it, checking it daily, documenting it, and fixing exceptions before a misconfiguration reaches a customer or a warehouse.
