About the Role: Grade Level (for internal use): 13 About the Team The Business Acceleration & Strategic Initiatives function at S&P Dow Jones Indices partners with Division leadership on the most critical strategic questions facing the business while also driving initiatives that make the organization more effective. The work is project-based and episodic — the team flexes across themes rather than owning fixed lanes. This is the first senior hire into the function, offering a rare opportunity to help shape both the strategic agenda and the operating model of a high-visibility team inside a market-leading business.
