Reporting directly to the Superintendent, the qualified Machinist (Tool and Die) is accountable for making casting dies and repairing or making new parts by using various precision measuring devices, hand tools and machining equipment. You will have the opportunity to: Manufacture graphite casting dies from drawings, sketches, standard operating procedures (SOP), and other documents using available CNC and manual equipment Program, run and assist in maintenance of all machine shop equipment. This includes CNC and manual lathes, mills, drill presses, and other supporting equipment. Maintain casting tooling to ensure uninterrupted production availability.…
