About this role

Aufgaben | tasks: Du berätst unsere Mandanten bei arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen und erarbeitest passgenaue Lösungsansätze für ihre Organisation. Du berätst bei nationalen und internationalen Transaktionsprojekten zu arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen - insbesondere im Rahmen von Due-Diligence-Prüfungen und der arbeitsrechtlichen Begleitung von Unternehmenstransaktionen. Du unterstützt Unternehmen bei betrieblichen Umstrukturierungen und Reorganisationen und entwickelst praxisnahe arbeitsrechtliche Lösungen. Du entwirfst und verhandelst Betriebsvereinbarungen sowie weitere kollektivrechtliche Regelungen. Du berätst zu arbeitsrechtlichen Themen an der Schnittstelle von Technologie, Digitalisierung und New Work.…
