You are a seasoned Superintendent with 4–10 years of field operations experience managing ground-up (new-build) construction projects. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day management of field activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate has proven experience leading new-build projects from site mobilization through completion, coordinating trades, managing subcontractors, and resolving field issues.
