Position Overview The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating the successful onboarding of Carriers and third-party vendor relationships. The candidate will work directly with SPG division leaders, Legal and Compliance teams to coordinate and manage the contracting activities, ensuring smooth onboarding to Specialty Program Group. The individual will be the key contact for external business partners and internal teams related to contracts. Responsibilities Include: Manage onboarding activities of new acquisitions, third-party vendors, and various office facilities. Project manage all activities to ensure completed by scheduled dates. Research and respond to inquiries between division leaders and third parties ensuring timely responses.…
