Job Responsibilities • Manage the leasing of retail units and pop-up locations to optimize occupancy and revenue. • Develop leasing strategy which aligns with overall IR retail strategy and execute plans to achieve desired retail mix and rental income targets. • Lease management - comprising prospecting, sourcing of new desired retail concepts, marketing and negotiation for new and lease renewals and any other lease-related matters. • Identify emerging retail trends and opportunities for retail spaces. • Manage leasing inquiries and database. • Review and ensuring lease documentation is completed in a timely manner.…
