About this role

The Opportunity: Avantor is looking for an Operator to operate distillation and blending equipment and handle chemicals. This is a full-time position based out of our Phillipsburg, NJ location. Work Schedule: 3rd Shift: Monday-Friday, 11:00pm-7:00am with training on 1st shift for the first few months . What we’re looking for: Education: High School completion or equivalent (GED). Experience: 1 – 3 years of related experience in a manufacturing facility, preferably in a chemical plant or food and beverage industry. Additional Qualifications: Adhere to all safety precautions and PPE (personal protection equipment) requirements while completing the assigned duties in a safe manner. Demonstrated mechanical ability, basic math skills, and familiarity with RCRA and cGMP regulations.…
