About this role

Position: Fabrication Lead We are looking for a highly skilled professional to join our Production team as a Fabrication Lead who can work in flexible shifts. The successful candidate will have following responsibilities as an individual contributor Your responsibilities Lead and supervise all fabrication activities during the assigned shift to ensure safe and efficient operations. Execute the daily production plan and achieve production targets while meeting Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) objectives. Allocate manpower, monitor attendance, and optimize workforce utilization to maximize productivity.
