Location: Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living As our IT Support Manager, you will manage the technology operations and provide support to over 1885+ residents and 995+ staff at our Cedar Crest Senior Living Community . Every day you will walk the campus to respond to resident or employee technical concerns, handle equipment, perform assigned project work and collaborate with your teams. You will be on-call for occasional after hours planned and unplanned events. To thrive in this job, you must enjoy working directly with a diverse group of people, including residents, staff, corporate partners, and senior leaders to provide comprehensive technical support.
