About this role

O2C Junior Global Process Owner GPO (m/f/x) This position reports to the O2C GPO and supports shaping global ways of working across Credit, Collections/Dispute Management, Cash Application, and Customer Master Data. The focus is on process documentation, standardization, and continuous improvement in close partnership with operational teams and SMEs. You’ll independently drive smaller enhancements, transitions and support larger transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate has an analytical mindset , a self-driven way of working, and strong communication and stakeholder-management skills .
