About this role

Job Summary Be a part of the Sports business legal team and provide legal support on channels assigned Key Responsibilities Experience working on media rights tenders/documentation related to acquisition of sports media properties. Strong legal acumen to review and interpret complex contracts (particularly sports media rights and slot sale agreements) and to advise on, analyze, and address queries in relation thereof. Providing support on operational queries from the business team, including on key tasks such as: (a) operationalization of sports properties, (b) general advisory, (c) correspondence with licensor boards, and (d) conducting periodic rights analyses. Providing advisory on ad sales initiatives such as branded content, sales activations, event campaigns etc.…
