Job Summary To lead LCM marketing. To execute & optimise digital platform campaigns. This role supports lifecycle marketing activities across the Singapore, Canada, and UK markets, with ownership of channels such as Email, Push Notifications, In-App Messaging, SMS, and WhatsApp. Key Responsibilities End-to-end execution of Lifecycle Marketing (LCM) campaigns. Email marketing operations and campaign management. Support migration and platform transition activities through November 2026. Execution and optimization of Push Notifications, In-App Messaging, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns. Audience segmentation, targeting, and campaign analysis.
