About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Programming Strategy & Insights Manager to support driving data-backed insights and performance reporting for Hindi Specials and Non-Fiction shows on JioHotstar. The role requiresstrong analytical capabilities and the ability to translate complex datasets into meaningful business insights. Theincumbent supports strategic decision-making by evaluating show performance, audience engagement, and contenteffectiveness through data-driven analysis. Key Responsibilities Owns end-to-end reporting for key shows such as Bigg Boss, including weekly dashboards, performanceanalysis, and leadership insights.
