About this role

Building the Insights & Planning Function Set up and own the insights & planning function for the English Business from the ground up. Build proficiency across performance data, consumer data, and financial data for the category. Identify gaps in existing data and measurement practices, and put in place the frameworks needed to enable growth Reporting & MIS Design, build, and maintain the reporting and MIS systems for the business, tracking key KPIs on an ongoing basis. Use AI tools to drive efficiency in day to day work. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness across all reporting. Consumer & Performance Insights Analyze consumer behavior, content/title-level performance, and consumption patterns to generate actionable insights.…
