Launch Lead, Specialty Care

We are looking for a Launch Lead to join our Specialty Care team in Finland. As the successful candidate you will lead the end-to-end launch and early in-market execution of a therapy in our respiratory portfolio, ensuring best-in-class launch readiness, rapid market access, and strong early adoption. The role is accountable for translating global strategy into a Finland-specific, integrated launch plan, coordinating all cross-functional activities, and ensuring execution excellence across access, medical engagement, commercial activation, and operations.
