VAT/ GST Controller

We are seeking a VAT/GST Controller to oversee VAT compliance, accounting and coordinate audit activities across our Vaccines VAT registrations (7 legal entities, 15 VAT registrations in 10 countries) with the support of KPMG organisation and in close collaboration Vaccines Global Process Owner (GPO) and Global Tax. Key Responsibilities: Review and approve VAT/GST returns, including related filings such as Intrastat and ESL – EC Sales List including issue logs. Contact P2P and O2C to request corrections of identified issues where required. Source and provide missing information required for VAT return and Intrastat preparation. Drive the correction of invoices and resolve tax code issues identified during the VAT return review. Record VAT entries and reconcile VAT accounts.…
