About this role

What's the role? Reporting to the Senior Talent Growth and Leadership Partner this role will help build and sustain organisational capability across our business units. You will be a key contributor to our capability approach and learning framework, assisting with the end-to-end coordination of impactful learning initiatives and Talent Assessments. As a Talent Growth and Leadership Partner, you will support the design, logistics, and execution of various learning and development programs.
