ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking Driver Support Representatives, based at our Los Angeles HQ, to be the first voice our drivers hear when they call in. You will answer the driver support line for our West Coast markets, including Los Angeles, San Francisco, and San Diego, and resolve questions about vehicles, apps, schedules, accounts, accidents, and performance.…
