Associate General Counsel

Overview The Associate General Counsel, the second-in-line to the General Counsel, will oversee the day-to-day management and administration of the Legal Department, including maintaining compliance with state and federal law, implementing and maintaining privacy controls, equity plan administration, negotiating high-impact vendor and other agreements, managing employment and other litigation, and managing the needs of a dynamic technology company.
