About this role
A24 is seeking a Junior Awards Specialist to join the Publicity team based in our LA office for the upcoming awards season. This is temporary position and will go from early August to early March. This person will be a motivated self-starter skilled in multitasking, communication, and organization with 2 - 5 years of professional experience in Film PR and/or Awards.
Initial Responsibilities:
Manage FYC e-blasts and screening invites, including coordinating with designers, fulfillment houses and guilds/awards organizations
Manage DVD awards screeners, including coordinating with internal teams on production and design, and with external teams on approvals, fulfillment and distribution…
