Schedule to be determined. Dietician with CDCES certification preferred. Pay Range: $35.50 - $53.25 Major Responsibilities: Provides care following the National Standard for Diabetes Self-Management Education and Support (DSMES) as defined by the American Diabetes Association (ADA).
