Job Posting Title Forge Tooling Engineer Job Description Summary Initiate, oversee, and implement process optimization and cost reduction projects, evaluating new Forge Press Tool technologies and applying Forge Press Tool engineering knowledge. Support plant production requirements and continuous improvement activities across multiple plants and processes to optimize perishable and durable tooling. Coordinate with site teams at multiple plants to communicate Tool MFG and best practices. Maintain standard tooling records such as performance to budget, tool evaluations and test reports, design, and set-up data. Possess a strong understanding of Forge Press Tooling.
