Job Description: Quality Engineers (QEs) are responsible for driving QMS compliance and improvement opportunities to ensure our products meet customer and engineering specifications. QEs will monitor and analyze performance and quality data from various sources to drive root cause/corrective actions and process adherence. QEs will proactively work with other departments and teams to foster and maintain a company-wide quality culture. A QE may be assigned to supervise other team members in the QA department.
