About this role

Job Description: The IT/OT Intern will support day-to-day operations while gaining exposure to multiple areas of IT. The first year of the internship will include rotations through all eight functional areas of IT. Year two will focus on three selected functional areas, while years three and four will focus on the intern’s preferred functional area of IT. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Service Delivery : Provide first-level technical support to end users by troubleshooting basic hardware, software, access, and connectivity issues.
