Job Description: Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Designs and develops engaging and interactive training materials, curriculum, and programs - including instructor-led courses, job aids, e-learning modules, and multimedia presentations for various learning and development initiatives at AAON. Collaborates with subject matter experts to gather content and ensure accuracy of training materials. Ensures that curriculum aligns with company goals, industry standards, and best practices. Supports needs assessments to identify performance gaps and determine appropriate training solutions to address them.
