Job Description: Ensure compliance with AAON's Quality Management System and manufacturing best practices through various processes, including data collection, root cause analysis, documentation, team mentoring, and process auditing. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Assists in the implementation of new processes and enhancements alongside Quality Assurance and Quality Control teams. Follows direction from a quality engineering technician or quality engineer to collect data and documents current procedures. Demonstrates proficiency in hands-on learning and utilization of industrial tools, with a strong focus on safety and adherence to AAON standards. Ensures adherence to company quality standards and timely completion of products as per design specifications.…
