Job Description: Job Summary: The candidate must coordinate and schedule daily LTL shipments. Essential Responsibilities/Activities: Ensure shipments are processed accurately, being mindful of cost and timing requirements. Must be forklift certified. Data entry required. Accuracy of data is critical. Must professionally communicate via telephone and e-mail with internal and external customers. Accurate labeling of shipments is required. Prepare accurate and timely paperwork for drivers to pick up shipments. Establish and follow processes to ensure correct paperwork is completed timely and per shipping requirements. Must be detail-oriented and accurate with forms and numbers. Must demonstrate a sense of urgency and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.…
