This position reports to: Principal Engineer __ We are seeking a skilled, customer-focused Technical Field Support Technician to support MCP (Motor Control Panel) and CCP (Condenser Control Panel) systems across North America and internationally. This hybrid role combines remote technical support and hands-on field service, helping customers maintain the reliable operation of critical power systems.
