This position reports to: P2P Junior Capability Lead __ Your role and responsibilities: In this role, you will handle complex queries raised by third-party vendors, interacting with Vendors & colleagues in Divisions to effectively resolve queries and process sensitive, critical third-party vendor invoices. You will focus on improving and standardizing the process, lowering the complexity of queries, and ensuring invoice processing is handled by the Global Hub. The idea is to be able to reduce the overall volume of queries and backlog globally over a period of time.…
