About this role

JOB DESCRIPTION: Lead the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Demand Management process across the MEAP & TR-CIS region, driving forecast accuracy, demand planning excellence, and cross-functional alignment. Partner with affiliates, regional stakeholders, and global teams to support S&OP, new product introductions, supply planning, and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead regional IBP and S&OP processes, ensuring high-quality demand forecasting and planning across affiliates. Monitor forecast accuracy KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and drive corrective actions.
