JOB DESCRIPTION: Stage: User Experience & Producteigenschappen Poederproducten Projectomschrijving De poedervormige baby-, kinder- en medische voedingsproducten die in Zwolle worden ontwikkeld en geproduceerd, worden wereldwijd gebruikt door kwetsbare doelgroepen. Kwaliteit en veiligheid staan hierbij centraal. Door de toenemende voedingsdichtheid worden producten steeds geconcentreerder verwerkt, onder andere via sproeidroging. Dit stelt hoge eisen aan de oplosbaarheid en gebruikservaring van het eindproduct. Tijdens deze stage onderzoek je hoe concentratie en samenstelling van emulsies invloed hebben op de fysische eigenschappen en de user experience van poederproducten.…
