JOB DESCRIPTION: MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE Supports HR operations and organizational effectiveness initiatives across the employee lifecycle, including workforce analytics, basic employee relations, HR projects follow up and other employee related experience initiatives as assigned. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Employee Lifecycle Management Manage workforce lifecycle management activities including onboarding, contract renewal, transfer, movement and offboarding processes. Coordinate contingent workforce acquisition activities through vendor management, recruitment delivery and onboarding execution. Employee Relations & Labor Compliance Conduct exit interviews and attrition analysis to identify workforce trends and turnover drivers.…
