JOB DESCRIPTION: PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Provide overall leadership to operations team on GMP & compliance. Responsible for planning,execution, monitoring and overall supervision of safe guard (Protecting the product, GMP compliance ) related initiatives ensuring Abbott Standards. Primary purpose of role is to focus on highest sandard of food safety, GMP, Hygiene, Quality & system complaince. Drive projects / actions related to continuous improvement in same. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES • To ensure highest standards of GMP & hygiene compliance in Manufacturing • To drive culture of food safety and quality at shopfloor by developing system and monioting plan • Promote and foster good human relations within the department & plant-wide and work to ensure that employees embrace the Abbott Values.…
