Based in Longmont, Colorado, we move fast and value people who do the same. About the Role We're hiring a Senior Full-Cycle Recruiter to own attorney recruiting from first contact to signed offer. This is not a coordinator role — you will build your own pipeline, source your own candidates, get on the phone, and close. You'll run a full desk: sourcing, screening, pitching, negotiating, and closing attorneys, with a monthly target of 15–20 hires.…
