Job Description: Position Summary Support Small Group Journey Travel Consultants by handling administrative-related functions in support of higher sales conversions and increased service levels. Coordinate with guests, Travel Advisors, and Destination Management Companies (DMC) regarding any booking-related functions. Responsibilities and Accountabilities Assist Small Group Journey Travel Consultants with the following tasks: Custom extensions, as identified by the Travel Consultant, coordinated with DMC, produce custom extension itineraries. Notify and collect payment for all bookings with balances past due. Call guests/Travel Advisors to collect missing information and itinerary details.…
