About this role

ABIS is looking for a skilled IT Technician to provide technical support and ensure smooth operation of IT systems within our organization. The IT Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining network systems, and assisting users with technical problems. This role requires a proactive individual with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networks. Provide technical support to end users for hardware, software, and network issues.
